At Life In Loss, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and that appointments may need to be rescheduled at times. However, to ensure we can support all clients effectively, we kindly ask for advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session.
More than 48 hours notice: No fee will be charged.
Less than 48 hours notice: 50% of the session fee will be charged.
Less than 24 hours notice or no-show: The full session fee will be charged.
This policy allows us to offer timely support to other client who may be waiting for an appointment. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to discuss them with us.
Clinical Notes & Third-Party Documentation Policy
Life In Loss / I (Alisa Ranson) do not provide clinical notes or documentation for third-party claims (e.g. insurance, legal, workplace requests) due to the nature of my practice. If you require such documentation, I recommend consulting with a registered psychologist.
